DixonGander is an independent company offering objective and impartial recruitment advice. We are able to provide creative and innovative recruitment solutions that reflect the assignment being undertaken.

methodologyThe nature of the assignment is determined and agreed in advance with the client, and depends on the most appropriate method(s) of recruitment to find the right individual(s) for the client.

We will work on either a ‘contingent’ or ‘retained search’ basis, taking into account factors including the complexity of the assignment, sensitivity, candidate skill set, location and availability.

We do our own research, candidate networking, profiling and screening. Our philosophy is that we understand the candidates and clients better than researchers we could employ. We are personally fully accountable to our clients.

We value highly the relationships we have with our clients and candidates and recognise that the people we work with are individuals who want to be treated with respect, honesty and integrity.

We seek to maintain the highest personal and professional standards in our dealings with clients, candidates and others at all times.
