Neill Dixon: Neill has worked in investment banking recruitment since 1998.  He spent three years recruiting operations professionals before moving into the accounting and finance sector with a specialism in product control.

Latterly, Neill joined a publically quoted recruitment firm in London and it was here that he met Richard in 2005.  Neill was the account manager for three major investment banking clients and led numerous retained assignments in London and internationally.

 

Richard Gander: Richard graduated from Nottingham Business School in Accounting & Finance.  He joined Price Waterhouse and worked in both Corporate Recovery and Audit before moving into recruitment.

Richard has worked for three international recruitment firms in London since 1994, before establishing DixonGander with Neill in January 2007.
