DixonGander was formed in January 2007.
We are a recruitment firm providing tailored, bespoke solutions to selected clients seeking permanent staff within investment banking, financial services and law.

DixonGander is a successful recruitment business because we build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

DixonGander is London-based, but has also successfully completed international assignments.

Our Process

Assignments are only undertaken on the understanding that there is likely to be a successful outcome. We are frank about the duration of the recruitment process and believe that selection and placement is only effective through personal meetings.

Our process is transparent to both clients and candidates and confidentiality is paramount.

We are able to provide outstanding references as required.
